We are currently recruiting an Outside Sales Representative to provide coverage in our Winnipeg area. The Primary function of this position will be to drive sales to the store by securing sales volume from existing dealer and contractor accounts, developing new customers within the assigned territory, and maintain good relations between the Company and its network of customers.
In addition to salary, our Outside Sales Representatives have the opportunity to earn commission, and as you will be expected to visit your dealer locations, a monthly auto allowence will be provided.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in an Outside Sales role where you were responsible for your own sales territory. Completion of post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and outside sales experience may be substituted. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented, innovative individual, possessing solid interpersonal and communication skills. Their aggressive sales style and entrepreneurial spirit will be utilized to develop new contractor business in their assigned territory.
